Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To reduce fake orders and unnecessary shipment losses, DealsDeko strictly adheres to the following policy for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Every Cash on Delivery order requires a 30% advance payment before dispatch.
• An additional 30% COD Handling Charge is applied to every COD order.
• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery to the courier partner.

The advance payment is used to cover logistics, packaging, and processing costs involved in shipping your order.

Failed or Refused COD Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment without an approved reason:

• The advance payment will not be refunded.
• COD handling charges will not be refunded.
• Future COD orders may be restricted or blocked for that customer.

By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you explicitly agree to these terms.
