1. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they enter processing.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

DealsDeko reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests after processing has begun.

2. Fraudulent Claims

DealsDeko maintains a strict anti-fraud policy. Claims for refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be immediately rejected if:

• Fake or misleading evidence is submitted.
• Edited or tampered videos are provided.
• Returned items are different from the shipped items.
• Products have been intentionally damaged by the user.
• Multiple suspicious claims are detected from the same account.

Fraudulent activity may result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Blacklisting of address and phone numbers
• Cancellation of any future orders
• Legal action where applicable

3. Customer Responsibility

As a customer, you are fully responsible for:

• Reading the complete product description before placing an order.
• Checking size, specifications, and device compatibility.
• Providing accurate delivery information (address, pin code, phone number).
• Recording a complete, unedited unboxing video upon delivery.
• Contacting customer support promptly if an issue is found.

4. DealsDeko Rights

DealsDeko unconditionally reserves the right to:

• Modify this policy and any terms at any time without prior notice.
• Reject any fraudulent or suspicious requests.
• Refuse service to customers who are found abusing our policies.
• Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders at our discretion.
• Limit or block Cash on Delivery (COD) access for repeat offenders.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on the DealsDeko platform, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Return, Exchange, Cancellation, and Cash on Delivery Policy, along with all General Terms & Conditions.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the strict rejection of your request.
