Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation unless required by law.
2. Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails because of any of the following reasons:

- Customer is unavailable at the time of delivery
- Customer refuses delivery
- Customer does not respond to courier attempts
DealsDeko reserves the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any potential balance
- Restrict future Cash on Delivery purchases
3. Wrong Address
Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
DealsDeko is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is requested or required.
4. Product Availability
All products displayed are subject to stock availability.
DealsDeko reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if inventory becomes unavailable after an order is placed.
If payment has already been collected and the order cannot be fulfilled, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law and a refund may be processed for the unfulfilled portion.
